no delivery fees.

EUROPEAN UNION:

delivery costs 10 euros.

LEAD TIME:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

a change of heart? you have 14 days from receiving your order to send your item back to us. items must be sent back to us unused with all labels still attached. returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. please write an email at info@mbasiques.com. to get a shipping label for your return.

EXCHANGES:

exchanges are possible in the limit of the returns we received.  indeed as we work on a preorder basis, we do not hold any stock. the only stock we might have, is the returns we receive. please not the cost of shipping for an exchange is at your cost, and costs 20 euros.
